Feature Request: Individual Room Cleaning Programs

I am writing to request an essential feature that needs to be implemented in the app - one that I believe would benefit all users. Please consider editing the cleaning modes or adding customizable vacuum operation settings to the application.

What I need is the ability to program each room with a complete, separate cleaning routine specifically tailored to that room.

For example, let's take the kitchen: First cycle - two passes (×2) of dry cleaning (or the first two vacuum passes are dry cleaning) with the same or different power levels, configurable as "Maximum" followed by "Turbo." Next pass - very wet mopping (level 32). After this, the vacuum returns to the base, washes the mops, and comes back. Next pass - floor drying with mops (or wet cleaning at minimum moisture level 1) - this way I can achieve a streak-free finish with no residue from incompletely cleaned dirt.

Then, once the kitchen is done, the vacuum moves to the program for the next room, which has a different cleaning sequence. For instance, two vacuum passes with different power levels - configurable as "Maximum+" followed by "Turbo" - then a pass with slightly damp mops (level 3) to collect dust. And so on for each room.

This is exactly what all of us need: to select a room and have it immediately activate a saved, pre-configured individual cleaning program for that room. Then you can choose the entire apartment or individual rooms. Currently, it is impossible to configure this the way we want. We have to constantly fiddle with the app, wasting time on it. This is extremely inconvenient and frustrating.

Please assign your software development team to implement this customization method as soon as possible. This feature is critically needed and would significantly improve the user experience.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. Please refer to the instructions in the attached diagram. Currently, certain models support custom room cleaning functionality. This feature allows personalized suction and mopping settings for each area. While it may not perfectly meet your needs, we kindly suggest trying this feature first.

You may also explore using the “Shortcuts” feature to save cleaning tasks for specific areas. This enables you to launch cleaning tasks with a single tap whenever needed.
